  3. Prepare 1& 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  4. Make ready 2 cups Coconut Milk (thick)
  5. Get 1/2 cup Evaporated milk (optional)
  6. Get 1/4 cup Ghee
  7. Take 1 tbsp Almond flakes
  8. Take 4-5 strands Saffron
  9. Prepare 5-6 Eggs

  1. Method: - In a broad pot or big wok put ghee and keep on flame, add sarole and 1 stick Cinnamon. Roast till nicely browned up, it takes few minutes to brown up. Add sugar, cardamom and coconut milk boil it while stirring. As it dries up add evaporated milk stir it. Keep on simmer can sprinkle little cardamom powder.
