  5. Take 2 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  6. Get 1 tsp plus Yuzu pepper
  7. Prepare 1/2 to 1 bag Bonito flakes
  8. Get 1 dash Salt and pepper

  1. Drain the tofu. Chop mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Break the tofu apart with your hands, and put into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
  3. Spread out the mizuna greens onto a serving dish. Top with the dip made in Step 2, and enjoy.
  4. Also good with daikon sprouts, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes. I recommend serving shiso leaves with tomatoes!
