  1. Make ready Bread Dough
  2. Prepare 65 ml Vegetable Oil
  3. Make ready 280 grams All-Purpose Flour
  4. Take 280 grams Wheat Flour
  5. Take 1 tbsp Salt
  6. Take 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Nigella Seeds
  8. Take 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
  9. Make ready 2 1/2 cup Warm Water
  10. Take Stuffing
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  12. Take 250 grams Chopped Onion
  13. Get 1 can Tuna
  14. Take 2 packages Chicken Stock
  15. Get 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  16. Make ready 300 grams Sesame Paste
  17. Get 125 ml Lime Juice
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  19. Prepare 250 ml Water
  20. Take 150 grams Chopped Leek

Butter one side of each bread slice. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up. Repeat with remaining ingredients and place on a large baking sheet. Asian inspired tuna salad with canned tuna, radishes, cilantro, shredded carrot, ginger, rice vinegar and sesame oil.

Instructions to make Bread of Tuna and Sesame dip:
  1. Mix flour, salt, milk powder, nigella seeds in a big bowl
  2. Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup water and add to the flour mix
  3. Add the oil and the rest of the water and mix it with your hands very throughly for 8 minutes till it become soft and little sticky.
  4. Make it as a ball, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, fry onions in a fry pan till it becomes gold.
  6. Add tuna, salt, pepper, chicken stocks and leeks. Stir for a few minutes and turn fire off and leave it.
  7. Mix the sesame paste, lime juice, salt and stir till it becomes white thick mix. Add most of it to the tuna mix and leave some for the dip.
  8. Add some oil and flour to the oven dish to prevent the dough from sticking
  9. Extend the dough on the dish till it reaches the edges and more. Put the tuna mix in the middle and fold the edges towards the center.
  10. Put inside the oven over heat of 230° for 35 minutes or until you make sure the bread is done and a golden color appears on surface. Serve it warm with the Sesame Dip.
