The ingredients needed to make Sesame Tofu:
  1. Make ready 40 grams Kudzu starch
  2. Take 80 grams Sesame seed paste (tahini)
  3. Make ready 400 ml Water

Instructions to make Sesame Tofu:
  1. Dissolve the kudzu starch in water.
  2. Combine the ingredient from Step 1 into the sesame seed paste gradually and mix. Strain the mixture into a pot.
  3. Stir the mixture as it's heated.
  4. Once the heat goes through and begins to harden, remove from heat and transfer to a container to cool.
  5. Serve with dashi soy sauce and wasabi. Or with soy sauce and wasabi. You could also sweeten with kuromitsu or kinako.
