The ingredients needed to make Deep Fried Kudzu Tofu:
  1. Make ready 250 ml soymilk
  2. Get 20 grams kudzu starch
  3. Take 1 tbsp potato starch
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup mentsuyu
  5. Prepare 4 grams thin green spring onion

Instructions to make Deep Fried Kudzu Tofu:
  1. Put the soymilk and kudzu starch into the bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour step 1 into a small sauce pot. Cook over on a low frame. Stir continuously.
  3. Transfer step 2 to a vat, and transfer to the frigde to solidify once it has cooled.
  4. Chop the tofu into 4 pieces. Sprinkle potato starch over the tofu.
  5. Pour a small amount of oil into a pan and fry the tofu. Once the cubes of tofu begin to brown, flip them over.
  6. Serve the tofu on a plate and thoroughly cover in mentsuyu. Garnish with the green onions.
