Steps to make Stewed Fried Fish:
  1. Cut fish into small sizes
  2. Wash thouroughly using salt and water
  3. Marinate fish using curry, seasoning, garlic and ginger powder for 2 hours or overnight
  4. Blend tomatoes, pepper, bell pepper and tomatoes into smooth paste
  5. Fry paste using vegetable oil for about 5-8 minutes
