The ingredients needed to make Abacha and grilled croaker:
  1. Get 100 g abacha
  2. Get 1 cup finely chopped utashi
  3. Make ready 2 cubes knorr
  4. Make ready 3 cooking spoon palm oil
  5. Take Ash instead of potash
  6. Get 2 tbs pepper
  7. Prepare to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 4 tbs blended crayfish
  9. Prepare Grilled croaker fish for serving
  10. Get 1 medium sized onions

Steps to make Abacha and grilled croaker:
  1. Put the abacha in a bowl and pour in boiling water to make it soft. This has to soak for a while.
  2. Put your ash in a small plate and pour in half a cup of water, allow to sit for awhile then sieve it into the bowl you will use for the abacha.(make sure you use the tiny sieve)
  3. In the bowl put your red oil, mix till you get this thick consistency, then pour in your crayfish, pepper, knorr and utashi leaf.
  4. Mix very well then add the abacha ie after straining out its water. Mix very well then add oniobs and salt to taste.
  5. Mix till everything has tge same yellowish colour. If too thick you can add a little water and mix.
  6. Serve with the fish, or any garbish of choice.
